Pearson Engineering has been involved in full detail design for the site which also included reviewing the site plan to ensure adequate space for truck tuning and stormwater management design features. Approvals were required from the Mississippi Valley Conservation Authority, Ministry of the Environment, and Conservation and Parks for all stormwater management works on the site.
